Ssang Hwa Cha – Also known as Ssang Hwa Tang. Traditional Korean herbal tea made with a variety of roots and usually has nuts of some sort. Somewhat bitter in taste.

Alcoholic drinks

Hard Cider – Fermented apple juice, gluten free beer alternative. Has about the same alcohol content as beer. With it’s growing popularity it is becoming easier to find in restaurants, and easier to find craft brews as well.

Sake – Also known as Japanese rice wine. Made by fermenting rice. Reminds me more of vodka than wine, but that may be due to quality of most of the sake I’ve had until reecently.
